1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VerifyID Pro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including organizations, administrators, staff members, and public visitors using the verification portal.

2. Description of Service

VerifyID Pro provides a digital identity card issuance and verification platform. The service includes creating digital ID cards with QR codes, managing cardholder records, public QR-based identity verification, audit logging and compliance tools, and REST API access for integrations.

3. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account or organization on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform, including cardholder information, photos, and organizational data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and process any personal data, including obtaining appropriate consent from cardholders.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Upload fraudulent, misleading, or falsified identity information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system resources
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or services
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyID Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
